Purchases must always be made and modified through Club HolaBank, never through an external website or by telephone, in order to benefit the refund.
If you make a purchase external to the Club HolaBank, the supplier will be unable to assign the corresponding refund.
The refunded percentage will apply to the purchase total, previously excluding the VAT and shipping fees.
The refund will be reflected in your Piggy Bank in 1 to 2 days. If this is not the case, please contact us within 1 month of making the purchase so that we can file a complaint with the supplier.
