How to get your movie tickets?

Purchase the codes redeemable for tickets by clicking the "Buy codes to redeem for tickets at Kinepolis" button and select the desired quantity.
Register on the purchase website.
Confirm your registration email.
Log in again with your username and password.
Add the card (select units).
You will receive a confirmation email confirming that the purchase was successful.
Go to your personal area (top right).
There you will see all your purchases. Select the one you want to redeem the gift card from.
Click "Transfer."
A PDF file with a PIN will open (Copy the PIN).
Select your tickets on the Kinepolis website and redeem the codes you received via email.

How to redeem your online Kineche Kinecheques?

Select the cinema, date, film and schedule.
In the next step, enter the code of each one of the Kinecheques (alphanumeric codes) that you have acquired and click on "continue".
Select your seats and click on "continue".
Enter your personal information and the email address where you want to receive confirmation of your order and click "continue."
Receive the tickets by email and take them to the cinema. Enjoy the movie!

How to exchange your Kinecheques at the cinema box office?

Go to your chosen cinema Kinepolis and at the box office present your acquired Kinecheques (alphanumeric codes).

Kinepolis own conditions

Kinecheques are exchangeable from Monday to Sunday.
Kinecheques are valid for digital movies.
Kinecheques are not valid for the new 4DX room in Pozuelo.
They do not apply to special events or alternative content.
Applicable supplements: 3D movies: €1.50. VIP seat: €1.50, ULTRA room: €2.00, Glasses: €1.20.
Tickets are valid for 5 days from the time of purchase.
Tickets for the 4DX room cannot be purchased using Kinecheques, savings cards, or other promotional codes.
Your Kinecheques are not valid in 4DX rooms or in Screen X.
