- Purchases must always be made and modified through Club HolaBank, never through an external website or by telephone, in order to benefit the refund.
- If you make a purchase external to the Club HolaBank, the supplier will be unable to assign the corresponding refund.
- The refunded percentage will apply to the purchase total, previously excluding the VAT and shipping fees.
- The refund will be reflected in your Piggy Bank in 1 to 2 days. If this is not the case, please contact us within 1 month of making the purchase so that we can file a complaint with the supplier.
- Purchases will only register if they are made through the supplier's website. Purchases made through the supplier's app, if applicable, or by other means, such as a phone number, will not be subject to the discount.
- The advantage offered is the cashback indicated in the offer. Any other discount will be applied directly by the supplier during the purchase process according to the conditions indicated.
- In those purchases in which a gift card is used as a payment method and as a result the final amount is 0€, it will not be possible to apply the refund, as it can only be assigned to purchases with a final amount of 0.1€ or more.
- Las compras permanecerán en estado "pendiente" en tu hucha hasta que el proveedor confirme que todo el proceso ha sido correcto. Este proceso puede tardar entre 90 y 120 días dependiendo del proveedor. En el caso de reservas de vuelos, hoteles y alquileres de autos, este período de aceptación de la compra no se iniciará hasta después del vuelo, del check-out en el hotel o la devolución del auto, puesto que puede haber cancelaciones de última hora.
