The company, a pioneer in online sales in France, allows customers to make purchases online.

Fnac will deposit the corresponding refund into your piggy bank.
Transfer the money wherever you want, it's that easy!
  • Purchases must always be made and modified through Club HolaBank, never through an external website or by telephone, in order to benefit from the discount.
  • If you make a purchase external to the Club HolaBank, the supplier will be unable to assign the corresponding refund.
  • The refunded percentage will apply to the purchase total, previously excluding the VAT and shipping fees.
  • The refunded money will be reflected in 1 or 2 days in your Piggy Bank. If this is not the case, please contact us within 1 month from the date of purchase so that we can claim it back from the supplier.
  • Purchases will only register if they are made through the supplier's website. Purchases made through the supplier's app, if applicable, or by other means, such as a phone number, will not be subject to the discount.
  • The advantage offered is the cashback indicated in the offer. Any other discount will be applied directly by the supplier during the purchase process according to the conditions indicated.
  • In those purchases in which a gift card is used as a payment method and as a result the final amount is 0€, it will not be possible to apply the refund, as it can only be assigned to purchases with a final amount of 0.1€ or more.
  • Purchases will remain in ‘pending’ status in your piggy bank until the supplier confirms that the entire process has been successful. This process can take between 90 and 120 days depending on the supplier. In the case of flight, hotel and car rental bookings, this purchase acceptance period will not start until after the flight, hotel check-out or car return, as there may be last minute cancellations.
